Third drone strike hits Tuapse refinery

Water supply has been suspended in Tuapse and the Shepsinsky district after a drone strike on the oil refinery knocked out the water pumping station's power system. Authorities are deploying water containers around the city for household and drinking needs. Cleanup crews have collected 7,000 cubic meters of contaminated soil and oil-water mixture, with work focused on the marine terminal, Tuapse River, and Central Beach area. Rospotrebnadzor has urged residents to limit outdoor activity and wear masks, while President Putin ordered Emergency Situations Minister Alexander Kurenkov to travel to Tuapse to oversee the response.
