Cleaver attack in Turkish municipal building

An elderly man entered a municipal building in the Turkish city of Ordu and attacked city employees with a cleaver. The mayor's secretary was seriously injured in the assault and was hospitalized with severe wounds. The attacker was subsequently detained by authorities. The incident is under investigation as a violent attack on public officials.
