NIA files 5th chargesheet in 2014 ISIS case

India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed its fifth supplementary chargesheet in a major 2014 ISIS-linked terror funding case. The chargesheet targets Areeb Majeed, the only arrested accused in the case, who is currently out on bail but facing trial for multiple terror-related offences. The case involves four engineering students from Maharashtra who traveled to Iraq in 2014; Majeed returned and was arrested in Mumbai after his family was told he had become a 'martyr' for ISIS. The charges are filed under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
