Russian forces capture Ukrainian soldiers in Rubtsovsk

Russian forces are advancing in the Rubtsovsk direction toward the settlements of Studenok and Svyatogorsk. Assault units of the 'West' group of forces have captured soldiers from Ukraine's 60th Mechanized Brigade. During interrogation, a captured soldier alleged that brigade officers confiscate phones and bank cards from frontline troops and that the unit suffers from poor food supplies, leading to desertions. The footage is accompanied by a Russian propaganda message urging Ukrainian soldiers to surrender.
