Crude bombs seized in Bengal ahead of polls

In a major security scare ahead of the crucial second phase of West Bengal assembly polls, nearly 100 crude bombs were recovered from a house in Bhangar, South 24 Parganas. The explosives were seized by West Bengal Police based on specific intelligence inputs. The house reportedly belongs to Rafikul Islam, allegedly linked to the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC), intensifying political tensions in the poll-bound state.
