Saab Giraffe 1X radar range extended to 250 km

At Eurosatory 2026, Saab announced its Giraffe 1X three-dimensional X-band search radar now has a maximum range of 250 km and can track up to 2,000 targets. The company also revealed it has received an order from Denmark for the system. The radar is designed for air defense and surveillance applications, offering enhanced detection capabilities for drones, aircraft, and missiles.
