Hanwha, Thales sign MoU on long-range missile cooperation

Hanwha Aerospace and Thales signed a memorandum of understanding at Eurosatory to cooperate on ground-based high-precision long-range strike systems. The agreement enables the use of Hanwha's Chunmoo missiles, including CGR-080 (80km), CTM-MR (160km), and CTM-290 (290km) variants, with Thales' X-Fire launcher. The two companies will work on integrating these missiles into Thales launch platforms, expanding interoperability between South Korean and French defense systems.
