Unrest in Mataró after eviction sparks protests

Several nights of unrest erupted in Mataró, near Barcelona, after the eviction of a family illegally occupying a property in the Cerdanyola district. Protesters set fires in the streets, burned containers, blocked roads, and threw objects at police. Spanish media reported at least 5 injuries among protesters and police officers.
