Russian dissident artist murdered in Poland

Russian dissident artist Semyon Skrepetsky, 44, was shot and killed on Tuesday in the eastern Polish town of Biała Podlaska. Skrepetsky was famous for his audacious caricatures of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov. His murder follows a pattern of attacks on exiled Russian critics abroad. Polish authorities have apprehended a suspect in connection with the killing.
