Lithuania deports Russian deserter to Russia

Lithuania deported a young Russian deserter who fled from the front lines in Ukraine to Kaliningrad on June 15, according to the 'Slovo Zashchite' project. The soldier, who did not have a foreign passport, had requested asylum in Lithuania but was refused. Upon returning to Russia, he was detained by authorities; his current status is unknown.
