Youth sue Carney government over weakened climate plan

A group of young plaintiffs and environmental organizations, represented by Ecojustice and Environmental Defence, have filed a Federal Court lawsuit against the Canadian government. The lawsuit alleges that the government's weakened emissions reduction plan violates the Net-Zero Emissions Accountability Act.
