Gunmen raid three banks in Santa Rita

Heavily armed gunmen simultaneously raided and robbed three banks in the town of Santa Rita, Alto Paraná, Paraguay. Some of the assailants were armed with AR-15/M4A1 pattern carbines and FN FAL 50.00 pattern rifles. The coordinated nature of the attacks suggests a highly organized group. Authorities are investigating the incident.
