Sudanese survivors file war crimes complaint in Kenya

Twelve Sudanese survivors have filed a landmark criminal complaint in Nairobi, Kenya, accusing members of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of war crimes and crimes against humanity during Sudan's ongoing conflict. The complaint includes testimony of violent interrogation, detention in darkness for weeks, and forced sexual violence at gunpoint. Legal Action Worldwide (LAW) is representing the victims in this case. The filing marks a significant step toward international accountability for atrocities committed in Sudan.
