Somali pirates hijack tanker Honour 25

Somali pirates have hijacked the oil tanker Honour 25 approximately 30 nautical miles off Somalia's coast. The vessel was seized by six gunmen, who were later joined by additional armed men. The tanker was carrying nearly 18,500 barrels of fuel and had a crew of 17 citizens from Pakistan, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. This incident marks a continuation of piracy activity in the region despite international naval patrols.
