Russian volunteer dies in Ukraine, 1304th from Belgorod

A 28-year-old Russian volunteer, Sergey Novikov from the Rakityansky District of the Belgorod Region, has been confirmed dead in the war in Ukraine. His death was announced by his local rural settlement administration, which stated he had signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense twice and died on November 10, 2024, in the Donetsk region. He is officially listed as the 1304th soldier from the Belgorod Region to be killed, though a volunteer group tracking losses claims the total number of dead from the region is actually 2,645.
