Belarus receives first batch of modernized T-72BM2 tanks

The Belarusian Armed Forces have received the first batch of modernized T-72BM2 main battle tanks, delivering them to a mechanized brigade. The upgrade was developed by engineers from an enterprise within the country's Military-Industrial Committee. The T-72BM2 features a multi-channel gunner's sight, a commander's weapon control mode, and modern television and thermal imaging devices. The tanks are also equipped with Belarusian-developed dynamic protection and anti-cumulative screens.
