Iranian official accuses Trump of fabricating deal

Turkish-American political analyst and activist Cenk Uygur has publicly refuted President Donald Trump's claims regarding Iran's posture in the wake of the ceasefire. Uygur stated that Trump's assertion that Iran has surrendered, will completely abandon its nuclear enrichment program, and open the Strait of Hormuz without tolls is "definitely not true." He argued that Iran held the upper hand before the ceasefire and retains significant economic leverage through its ability to close the vital Strait of Hormuz, a leverage he claims the US has failed to remove despite numerous attempts.
