Hezbollah conducts five attacks on IDF in south Lebanon

Hezbollah has announced a series of five military operations against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon on Friday, April 24, 2026. The attacks, which the group states were in response to Israeli ceasefire violations and strikes on Lebanese civilians, included suicide drone strikes on a soldier gathering and a military vehicle in Qanatir, the downing of an Israeli Hermes 450 Zeus drone over the Tyre Housh region, and strikes on an armored personnel carrier in Ramia and a Humvee. Hezbollah claims all strikes achieved confirmed hits.
