US surveillance jet tracked from Hawaii

A US Bombardier Global 6500 surveillance aircraft, callsign LATTE18 and registration N650RX, has been tracked departing Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii. The aircraft, using the special mission code RAPCON-X, was observed heading west. This type of aircraft is often used for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions in the Pacific region.
