Ukraine's An-28 drone-hunter now launches interceptors

Ukraine has successfully used its modified Antonov An-28 'Cash' turboprop to shoot down a Russian Shahed drone. The civilian-designed aircraft, first flown in 1969, was modified by Ukrainian volunteers with three hardpoints on each wing to launch interceptor drones. The crew spots targets using a dedicated system, marking a new evolution for the dedicated counter-drone platform.
