UltraTech Cement becomes world's largest outside China

UltraTech Cement, part of the Aditya Birla Group, has officially become the world's largest cement producer outside China by exceeding 200 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) in installed capacity in India. The commissioning of three new grinding units has boosted its domestic capacity to 200.1 metric tonnes per annum, while its global capacity, including operations in the UAE, Bahrain, and Sri Lanka, totals 205.5 metric tonnes per annum. This milestone underscores India's growing industrial base and UltraTech's expansion in the global cement market.
