Syrian opposition group expands recruitment in south

The Islamic Revolutionary Front in Syria (IRFS) is actively recruiting and collaborating with residents of Quneitra and Daraa, as well as former rebel groups, to expand its support base. The group is capitalizing on a population disillusioned by ongoing Israeli incursions into their villages and the perceived passivity of Syrian security forces. The new Syrian authorities in Damascus are attempting to delegitimize such resistance movements by labeling them as "Hezbollah/Iran proxies," framing them as part of a policy of collaboration and normalization with Israel.
