Zelensky details need for independent missile defense

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has detailed the urgent need for Ukraine to build its own independent missile defense, citing insufficient US production of key munitions. He stated the United States produces only about 60-65 Patriot PAC-3 missiles per month, an amount he described as inadequate. Zelensky noted that the volume of missiles used in a single day during a recent attack in the Middle East was equivalent to two years of this US production output, underscoring the scale of the challenge.
