Belgorod restores heating in kindergartens

Heating is being restored in kindergartens across Russia's Belgorod district following numerous complaints from parents about dangerously cold conditions. The district head, Kruglyakova, ordered the activation of the heating system, with portable heaters deployed in facilities undergoing repairs. However, in the city of Belgorod itself, technical issues with disconnected networks have made it impossible to turn on the central heating. The move comes as nighttime temperatures drop below freezing and snow begins to fall in the region.
