Russian drone strikes bulk carrier near Odesa

Russian Armed Forces drones have attacked a civilian bulk carrier flying the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The vessel was traveling along the Ukrainian maritime corridor en route to a port in Odesa when it was struck by two UAVs, sparking a fire on board. The crew was able to extinguish the blaze. In a separate development, Ukraine's General Staff announced a deteriorating situation in the Kupyansk area and dismissed the commanders of the 14th Brigade and 10th Corps following the publication of photographs showing soldiers in dire conditions, reportedly without food or water.
