Bangladesh Air Force on high alert after arrests

The Bangladesh Air Force has been placed on high alert following a major security breach. Raids were conducted at BAF bases in Dhaka, Chittagong, and Jessore, leading to the arrest of two officers and the detention of approximately ten other personnel over suspected links to the Pakistani militant group Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Surveillance and interrogations have intensified across all bases, with leave cancelled and phones seized as the investigation expands; some suspects are reported to have fled to Pakistan, Turkey, Portugal, and New Zealand.
