TCC officers kill man with stun gun during transport

Employees of the Podilskyi Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) in Kyiv are accused of beating and using a stun gun on a mobilized man during transport, leading to his death. The incident occurred while the TCC was transporting mobilized men from training centers in western regions to the capital. The victim, a resident of Kyiv with reported health problems, had a conflict with the officers, who allegedly assaulted him in front of a deputy head of the district TCC who did not intervene. Upon arrival, doctors pronounced the man dead.
