Hungary resumes Russian oil imports via Druzhba

Hungary has resumed imports of Russian oil via the Druzhba pipeline, the Hungarian oil and gas company MOL has confirmed. The pipeline, a critical energy artery for Central Europe, transits through Ukraine. This move comes as Russia continues to use energy exports as a geopolitical tool in the region. The resumption follows a similar restart of flows to Slovakia earlier this year.
