Iran denies rumors of leader's health issues

An Iranian media channel, @enemywatch, has issued a statement denying Western media and intelligence speculation about the health of Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei. The channel claims such reports are part of a coordinated effort by the CIA and Mossad to create confusion and disrespect, and are used for surveillance. According to the channel, Khamenei remains fully available for all official duties, is in regular coordination with the Resistance leadership abroad, and continues to command without disruption. Officials at all levels are reportedly able to send him messages and receive replies, though he is operating from highly secure facilities on the advice of security forces and the Guardian Council.
