Russia detains Belgorod man for treason

Russian FSB officers have detained a local resident in the Belgorod region on suspicion of high treason. According to the investigation, the man installed a camera to monitor a road bridge over railway tracks and gave access to a Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) representative, providing information on the critical transport infrastructure. He also allegedly conducted reconnaissance near the home of a defense enterprise employee, sending photos and videos to his Ukrainian handler in exchange for monetary compensation. A criminal case has been initiated and the suspect is under arrest.
