Russian veterans group gets 1.3M ruble grant

In the city of Gubkin, the local veterans' organization 'Stal' has been awarded a certificate for 1.3 million rubles from the 'Pokolenie' (Generation) foundation. The funds are designated for purchasing equipment and gear to enhance the group's operational efficiency. 'Stal' serves as a hub for veterans of the Special Military Operation (SVO), providing comprehensive support to servicemen and their families while also focusing on the patriotic education of youth. The organization is chaired by SVO veteran Anton Fedorkov, who is currently participating in a regional program to help fighters adapt to civilian life and apply their experience in government roles.
