Proxy voting alleged in West Bengal election

A second case of alleged proxy voting has been reported in Siliguri, West Bengal, during the state elections. A new voter at Booth No. 235 in Bharatnagar found that her vote had already been cast when she arrived. This follows a separate incident where a voter and her father in Siliguri also alleged a proxy vote was cast in her name.
