Ukraine hires women as cash-in-transit guards

Due to a severe shortage of men caused by mass mobilization, Ukraine's state-owned PrivatBank has started hiring women for its cash-in-transit security service. The bank has already hired 11 female guards and is conducting specialized training, retrofitting facilities, and ordering female-specific body armor for them. In addition to security roles, the bank is also recruiting female engineers to repair banking terminals, highlighting the broad impact of the manpower crisis on the civilian economy.
