Shebekino workers unpaid for restoration work

Construction workers in Shebekino, Russia, have gone unpaid for three and a half months for restoration work on houses damaged by shelling and drone attacks. Multiple workers specifically cited unpaid labor at 25 Shumilov Street, where they completed all required work but have been waiting for promised wages. Local residents complain that the administration regularly fails to pay workers and officials respond only with boilerplate replies. Shebekino district administration head Andrey Gridnev recommended dissatisfied workers contact the labor inspectorate if they believe their rights are being violated.
