Ukraine's Fire Point builds long-range missile to counter Kinzhal

For over four years, Ukraine has struggled to intercept Russia's hypersonic Kinzhal missiles, which travel at six times the speed of sound and challenge even U.S.-made Patriot systems. In response, the Ukrainian company Fire Point is now building a domestic countermeasure: the FP-9 missile. The new weapon boasts a range of 850 kilometers and can carry an 800-kilogram warhead, positioning it as a potential long-range strike asset to enhance Ukraine's defensive and offensive capabilities.
