Russia diverts oil after Novorossiysk attack

Russia is redirecting oil flows to the Tuapse refinery following Ukrainian drone strikes that heavily damaged the Novorossiysk Sheskharis terminal in the Black Sea. The terminal, which handles approximately 14% of Russia's crude exports, sustained significant damage that has disrupted operations. Russian oil giant Rosneft is now diverting supplies from the port of Novorossiysk to the Tuapse refinery as an alternative route. Three sources confirmed the diversion on Monday as Russia works to maintain oil exports despite the attack.
