❗️ Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation – First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation General of the Army Valery Gerasimov inspected combat missions of the Yuzhnaya Group of Forces. 💬 During his work at the command post of the Yuzhnaya Group's combined arms formation, General of the Army Valery Gerasimov received reports from Commander of the Group Colonel General Sergei Medvedev on the current situation in the area of responsibility, as well as reports from the commanders of the formations on combat mission results. 🔹 In summing up results of the inspection, the Chief of the General Staff noted the success of the Yuzhnaya Group of Forces and set tasks for further actions. 🤝 Moreover, General of the Army Valery Gerasimov presented state awards to the servicemen who had distinguished themselves in combat missions and thanked them for their courage and bravery displayed during the combat actions. 🔹 Russian Defence Ministry
