Bell Textron opens subsidiary in Ukraine

American helicopter manufacturer Bell Textron has announced the creation of a subsidiary in Ukraine, marking a long-term industrial commitment. The company plans to open a special office to coordinate projects related to the assembly, maintenance, and repair of helicopters. While the exact location of the office has not been disclosed, this move follows earlier reports that Ukraine might receive AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom helicopters manufactured by Bell.
