Ukraine moves UAV pilots to remote operations

The commander of Ukraine's unmanned systems, known as 'Magyar', has announced a systematic effort to move UAV pilots to remote operations to minimize losses among highly qualified specialists. This initiative aims to protect operators who are difficult to replace, as only one or two out of ten trained pilots typically demonstrate high performance. The transition applies to radio-controlled systems, though operators of fiber-optic drones will remain on the front line due to technical constraints.
