Ukraine drones target Samara industrial facility

The Russian Ministry of Finance has announced an expansion of the Far Eastern and Arctic mortgage program. The benefit was previously available to participants of the Special Military Operation (SVO) in the 'new' regions. It will now be extended to citizens who participated in repelling armed incursions into Russia and suppressing provocations at the border and in territories adjacent to SVO areas. The program will also be made available to certain categories of medical workers, specifically those in nursing homes and regional social protection departments.
