Cuba confirms recent US talks in Havana

Bangladesh officials have inaugurated a new, cutting-edge radar system at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in Dhaka, claiming it provides full real-time surveillance over the country's entire airspace. The system was developed and installed by the French technology giant Thales Group. Key capabilities include a radar detection range of up to 350 nautical miles (approximately 650 km) and extended communication capability of 450 nautical miles over the Bay of Bengal. The upgrade significantly enhances Bangladesh's air traffic control and national air defense monitoring capacity.
