Borisov is the 1299th soldier from the Belgorod region to be reported killed, according to the independent outlet 'Pepel'. The group's data indicates that over the course of the four-year war, one resident of the Belgorod region dies approximately every 14 hours, with a total of 2,645 regional residents confirmed dead in Ukraine and border territories.
