German military observer joins Ukraine drone firm

Well-known German military analyst and journalist Julian Röpcke has announced he is leaving his role at Bild to join a German-Ukrainian drone manufacturer. Röpcke stated the transition will occur at a company that has been operating since 2023 and is among the largest suppliers of drones to Ukraine. The company develops defense solutions that significantly contribute to Ukraine's military capabilities, but maintains public relations restraint to protect employees in both Germany and Ukraine. The company's name will not be disclosed in the near future for security reasons.
