Kyiv police accused of fleeing shooting scene

A bodycam video has surfaced showing police officers in Kyiv arriving at a shooting scene and then allegedly fleeing, despite being armed. The footage shows wounded individuals, including a child, a man, and a woman, in need of urgent medical assistance. A boy with a gunshot wound was reportedly begging the police not to save him but to help his father. The incident has sparked accusations of dereliction of duty against the patrol crew.
