Russian drone hits Kharkiv building, injures 3

A Russian drone attack targeted a multi-story residential building in the Osnovyansky district of Kharkiv. According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, the strike injured three people. The attack is part of ongoing Russian aerial assaults on Ukrainian cities. Emergency services responded to the scene to assist the wounded and assess the damage.
