India, South Korea expand defense tech transfer

South Korea has provided India with two phases of K9 Vajra anti-aircraft systems and is now discussing a third phase of technology transfer. According to India's Ministry of External Affairs, the two nations are also looking at additional transfers of artillery guns and other anti-aircraft systems. This deepening defense cooperation builds on their recent agreement to double bilateral trade to $50 billion by 2030.
