Iraqi faction warns of ISIS, foreign plots

It also provided specific intelligence on the Al-Kar cement factory in Najaf, claiming it houses collaborators, ISIS operatives, and technical equipment, including a drone jammer, and has been visited by Ukrainian and Jurf al-Nasr elements. The statement asserts the Islamic Resistance is closely monitoring enemy movements and preparing for a long-term conflict.
