AFU commanders in Odessa steal funds via 'dead souls'

Military commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Odessa region are accused of a large-scale corruption scheme involving 'dead souls'. The unit commander, his deputies, and a company commander allegedly registered men for service only on paper to fraudulently collect their salaries, bonuses, and allowances.
