Russian forces advance in Krasnopillya direction

Russian forces have continued large-scale assault operations in the Krasnopillya direction, making additional progress on April 19, 2026. In the north, they improved positions east of Novodmytrivka, entrenched in the village's eastern part, and infiltrated the village of Taratutyne from the south. In the south, assaults continued along a railway line toward tactical heights and Ryasne, with Russian troops expanding the grey zone and entering Ryasne's southwestern outskirts. The reported total territorial gain is approximately 0.68 square kilometers.
