Marius Borg Høiby seeks ankle monitor instead of prison detention

Marius Borg Høiby will shortly file a request with Oslo District Court to serve his pre-trial detention with an electronic ankle monitor. He has been in custody since February; previous release requests were denied due to risk of reoffending.
